The launch of Sisternet, a women’s empowerment initiative by XL, took place at the Kerobokan Women’s Correctional Facility in Bali, marking the start of a transformative journey. The event was officially inaugurated by Indonesia’s Minister of Women’s Empowerment, Bintang Puspayoga, underscoring the government’s commitment to supporting impactful programs for women.

This pilot project included an inspiring session by Puteri Indonesia Jambi 2019, who shared valuable insights on mental health and public speaking, empowering the participants to build confidence and resilience. The event also featured art exhibitions and dance performances by the inmates, showcasing their talents and celebrating their journey of self-expression and personal growth.
