The 2022 BCA Rakernas marked the pinnacle of BCA’s National Working Meeting series. Held at the prestigious Kempinski Grand Ballroom and available virtually, this event brought together 1,600 attendees from across the nation. The meeting featured a spectacular light show, dynamic kinetic lights, and a curated showcase of BCA’s latest products and UMKM bazaar. This grand event not only recapped the achievements of 2022 but also set ambitious goals for 2023, solidifying BCA’s vision for the future. Designed to be inclusive, BCA Rakernas 2023 was accessible virtually for those outside of Jakarta, making it a truly nationwide event. This initiative was a brainchild of the BCA Board of Directors, who aimed to connect and inspire employees, partners, and stakeholders through this innovative hybrid event.
